چکیده :

Due to the increasing number of employees, the modern organizations do not need managers who focus on common management and routine jobs; rather, they require innovative and development-oriented managers, that is, managers who can create an environment as well as conditions in order to create entrepreneurship spirit and give rise to new ideas and thoughts in all their employees and pave the way for actualization of human capital in their organization through their supports (intra-organizational and structural factor affecting entrepreneurship) and attributes (intra-organizational and behavioral factor affecting entrepreneurship). Managers' support is one of the most important prerequisites of organizational entrepreneurship which encourages creativity and innovation in employees. In this article, the concepts of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship as well as the necessity and importance of the existence and development of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in organizations are dealt with. Then, the role and position of managers as one of the intra-organizational factors affecting the development of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in organizations is examined. The present article is a fundamental theoretical research conducted using descriptive-analytic method. The data have been collected through library studies and note-taking.
